Aftermarket High Roof Sahara Panel Skin suits 60 Series Toyota Landcruiser No Sunroof Hole

$2,000.00
Tax included Shipping calculated at checkout.

This aftermarket high roof panel skin is factory pressed specifically for the Toyota Landcruiser 60 Series Sahara high roof body, without sunroof hole. It comes fully pre-primed and ready for professional installation — spot-welded directly onto the roof gutters by your panel beater for a structurally sound, factory-profile result that will outlast anything a patch repair can deliver.

This panel does not have a sunroof hole cut. If your Sahara has a factory sunroof, this is not the correct panel for your vehicle — contact us before ordering.

Key Features

  • Pre-primed from factory — rust protected through transport, storage and installation
  • Rust-free steel — no filler, no previous repairs, no hidden damage
  • Designed for direct spot weld installation onto the roof gutters
  • Full-width panel skin — a complete replacement, not a section or patch repair
  • No sunroof hole — suits non-sunroof Sahara variants only
  • Professional panel beater installation required
  • The definitive fix for Sahara roof rust — done once, done properly

Vehicle Compatibility

Suitable for Toyota Landcruiser 60 Series Sahara — High Roof, No Sunroof variants, including:

  • FJ62 Sahara, HJ61 Sahara, BJ62 Sahara

Important: High roof Sahara body style only — no sunroof. This panel is pressed for the Sahara high roof profile and will not suit the low roof 60 Series variants. It also does not have a sunroof aperture cut — if your vehicle has a factory sunroof, this panel is not correct for your application. Confirm your exact body style, trim level and roof configuration before ordering. If in doubt, contact our friendly team!

Installation Notes — Read Before Ordering

This panel requires professional installation by a qualified panel beater. It is not a bolt-on or adhesive product. Installation involves removing the headlining and all internal roof fittings, cutting back the existing roof skin to the gutter flanges, prepping and inspecting the gutters, positioning and spot welding the new skin, then priming, finishing and painting. This is skilled trade work — it requires proper equipment, experience with panel alignment and the ability to finish spot welds to a paint-ready standard.

Before installation begins, inspect the roof gutters and gutter channels carefully. Rust in the gutter itself is common on 60 Series vehicles of this age and must be addressed before the new skin goes on. Fitting a fresh panel to compromised gutters wastes a good panel and produces a poor result. Sort the gutters first.

Low Roof vs High Roof — Make Sure You Have the Right Panel

The Toyota Landcruiser 60 Series was produced in both low roof and high roof (Sahara) body configurations, and the roof panel skins are completely different pressed profiles — they are not interchangeable. If you're unsure which roof your vehicle has, the Sahara high roof is noticeably taller than the standard body and was fitted to the top-specification Sahara trim level. If you have a standard 60 Series without Sahara badging, see our [Low Roof Panel Skin – Landcruiser 60 Series] listing instead.
