We offer standard shipping for all orders. Expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost.
Shipping Locations:
We ship all items in our store Australia-wide, smaller items are available for international shipments.
Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Customers with delayed shipments will be notified within 1-2 business days.
Shipping Costs:
Our shipping costs are automatically calculated by carriers, we try to make sure they are as accurate as possible. Please contact us at admin@mrlandcruiser.com if your freight cost total looks incorrect.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order through our website.
Delivery Partners:
We work with reputable courier services to ensure reliable and timely delivery. However, Mr Landcruiser is not responsible for any delays caused by courier services.
Delivery Address:
Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate. We are not responsible for lost or delayed orders due to incorrect or inaccurate addresses i.e listing residential addresses as commercial.

Order Modifications:
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to modify the shipping address or delivery method. Please double-check your order details before confirming your purchase.
US Orders: Duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer. These are not collected at checkout and will be payable upon delivery by your local carrier. Estimated duties can range from 5–15% of the order value.
