Heavy-Duty TRE 4x4 Air Operated Locker Technology
The TRE Air Operated Locker features a specialised four-lobed X-Ring seal, providing increased sealing surface with less compression than a standard O-ring. This helps reduce friction and wear while maintaining a reliable air supply to the locker.
An advanced wave spring locking mechanism is approximately 50% shorter than a conventional coil spring, reducing the need for deep spring holes in the clutch gear and helping increase overall gear strength.
For maximum durability, the internal gears are manufactured from 4320 chromoly alloy steel, while the locker case is constructed from forged 8620 chromoly.
