Designed to perform in harsh Australian conditions, these kits significantly reduce road noise, vibration, and heat transfer—whether you’re cruising the highway or tackling rough tracks.

These packs have PRE CUT OPTIONS in the NOSE LINER, Depending on you vehicle/application, you can press out the required Pre cut holes to suit your vehicle layout.

Optional Upgrade – Cargo Area Sound Deadener

The ribbed design of the cargo floor naturally limits vibration, which is why sound deadener is not included as standard—helping keep overall weight (approximately 7kg) and cost down.

For customers wanting full insulation and a consistent finish throughout the vehicle, an optional cargo floor sound deadener can be added. This further reduces vibration and airborne noise for an even quieter ride.

Important:
If selecting this option, Stage 1 Sound Deadener must be installed before fitting the Mass Noise Liner (MNL) in the cargo area.

Premium Floor Pan Pack (Pack 1)

Covers Floor Pan, Inner Quarter Panels & Rear Wheel Arches

Total Weight: Approx. 45kg

▪ Applied to the floor pan, firewall, inner quarter panels, and rear wheel arches to control vibration and road noise.

✔ 4 Sheets (4.5 sq/m) – Mass Noise Liner (MNL)
▪ Installed under the carpet from the front cabin through to the rear cargo area for luxury-level sound blocking.
▪ Fully removable if the vehicle is flooded and can be refitted once dry.

▪ Installed in the cargo area as a removable sound blanket to reduce exhaust and road noise.

▪ Fitted beneath the carpet from the front cabin to the rear cargo area for enhanced sound and heat insulation.
