CAMPING INFORMATION

Onsite camping is available to all CLECS attendees and guests, sites are open from 12:00PM on Friday the 11th of October with the event and camping closing at 10:00am on Sunday the 8th.

• 1 x Camping Ticket = 1 x Camp Site for up to 2 people and a single vehicle

• Friday and Saturday passes are separate tickets

• Camping Pass holders can attend the after hours events on the Friday and Saturday evenings.

Guests may reserve either the Friday night, the Saturday night or both the Friday and the Saturday night. Each night is a separate reservation, if you intend to stay both nights please add each ticket to your cart.

FAQ

Where do I go when I arrive for camping?

Entry via Gate 3 on Beerburrum Rd is the recommended entry method, follow this track to the Car Show Oval and for camping.

What are the campsite amenities?

There are shower and toilet amenities available on site, unfortunately powered sites are not available during the show weekend.

How do I book camping for both Friday and Saturday night?

Friday and Saturday passes are separate tickets. Add one of each to your cart before processing.

What are the after hours events?

CLECS will be hosting after hours events both Friday and Saturday night, we will have a barn converted into a live music hall complete with licensed bar and hot food. These evenings are only open to CLECS Camping Pass holders.

Can I bring my own alcohol?

Yes, although glass bottles and containers are not permitted anywhere in the entire showgrounds. Consumption of alcohol must be kept within the camp area though. 

Can I bring a caravan/trailer on a single pass?

Absolutely!! One Car, One trailer!
