Rust-free aftermarket front guards for Toyota Landcruiser 60 Series. LH & RH available. OEM-grade steel, primer-dipped, paint-ready. Suits FJ60 HJ60 FJ62 BJ60.

These aftermarket front guards are built from OEM-grade steel, primer-dipped for rust protection, and ready to fit and paint. They're the most cost-effective way to put a clean, solid guard on a 60 Series without hunting the wrecking yards for something that's already half-rusted.

Key Features

  • OEM-grade steel construction — correct profile and panel dimensions for the 60 Series
  • Primer dip finish — rust protection from factory through to your workshop
  • Rust-free from the ground up — no filler, no bog, no arch lip repairs hiding underneath
  • Pre-primed and ready for paint — top coat directly or apply an additional primer layer first
  • Both Left Hand and Right Hand available — replace one or both
  • Minor fitting adjustment standard for all aftermarket panels — well within panel shop or DIY scope

Vehicle Compatibility

Suitable for Toyota Landcruiser 60 Series, including:

  • FJ60, FJ62, HJ60, HJ61, BJ60, BJ61, BJ62

Confirm your build date and body configuration before ordering. Contact us if you are unsure.

What to Expect — Fitment Notes

These are aftermarket panels, NOT Toyota OEM, and are priced accordingly. All aftermarket guards require fitting adjustment on installation — bolt hole alignment, arch gap setting and surface prep are standard steps, not exceptions. The primer-dip finish is solid and the steel is proper gauge, but a light sand and prep before your final coat is good practice regardless.

On a 60 Series with any age and mileage on it, you should also inspect the inner guard, firewall seam and lower A-pillar area before fitting — rust in these areas is common and better addressed before a fresh panel goes on.

Recommended Installation Process

  1. Inspect inner guard, firewall seam and A-pillar area for rust before fitting
  2. Dry-fit the guard and check bolt hole alignment and arch gap
  3. Make any minor adjustments needed before committing to paint
  4. Sand and prep the primed surface
  5. Apply a quality primer coat if desired, then top coat to match
  6. Refit indicators, headlight surrounds and any trim from the original guard
